- Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and optimize user interfaces.
- Stay current with FinTech industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, applying them to enhance PXW’s offerings.
- Operate within an Agile team, where rapid prototyping, sprint planning, and continuous feedback loops are core to our process.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A portfolio that showcases UX strategy, systems thinking, and complex interaction design (strong emphasis on web apps and data-heavy interfaces).
- 5-7+ years of experience designing end-to-end B2B or FinTech products.
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and usability standards.
- Familiarity with design systems, information architecture, and data visualization.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and applying findings to product improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Bonus: Familiarity with front-end technology and design handoff best practices.
