About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how investment professionals manage wealth. Working closely with Sr. Product Manager, product team, design, QA, engineering, customer success and internal stakeholders, you’ll help define our product roadmap, prioritize features and deliver solutions that bring clarity to complex portfolios. You will be responsible for planning and making strategic decisions throughout the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for owning features from inception to launch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, is motivated by the challenge of building innovative tools that redefine the fintech industry, and sees product as a team sport & thrives when working cross-functionally.
What You’ll do
- Manage and own product lifecycle activities: concept, design, development, testing, deployment, roll out, support, and finally product end of life.
- Gather insights through research and data to deeply understand user needs.
- Translate user problems and business goals into thoughtful, scalable product solutions.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, dev ops, customer success) to define scope, write clear specs, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
- Maintain product backlog and ensure prioritization of epics after analyzing business needs and functional dependencies from all projects.
- Own the quality and user experience of your features post-launch, and work with stakeholders to iterate and improve.
- Communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes clearly to leadership and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager at a technology company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong execution skills with experience shipping production-ready features that solve real user problems.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous problem spaces and making thoughtful trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you can rally cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Experience working with Agile teams and tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro and product analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bonus: Familiarity with investment concepts or direct experience in the investment management space is an asset.
